Wayne Collins is a 24-year civil trial lawyer who represents companies and individuals in business disputes and serious personal injury matters. Wayne and Meade & Neese handle commercial, fraud, contract, partnership, estate, employment and labor law, whistleblower, non-compete, wrongful death, serious injury, and first party insurance litigation matters.

Wayne is an eighth generation Texan born in in Beaumont, Texas. He received his law degree from South Texas College of Law – Houston in 1996. As lead trial counsel, Wayne obtained record-setting courtroom victories throughout Texas and the United States. In 2000, he obtained the largest settlement in Hardin County, Texas history. With his first trial, Wayne obtained a $9.6 million commercial fraud verdict/judgment in Dallas County against Koch Industries (largest single plaintiff verdict/judgment in Dallas County history at that time). In 2002, Wayne obtained a $177 million securities fraud verdict/judgment in Alexandria, Virginia (largest verdict in Virginia history and the 11th largest in the United States for the year 2002).

Since, this time Wayne Collins ran his own practice and prosecuted and defended commercial, fraud, contract, partnership, estate, employment and labor law, whistleblower, non-compete, wrongful death, serious injury, environmental, toxic tort, maritime, and first party insurance litigation matters. Wayne joined Meade & Neese to continue this history of positive outcomes for the represented companies and individuals.
